Tips For Best Results
- Freeze flat, overnight: 8–12 hours in the freezer gives the longest cooling.

How long does it keep insulin cool?
With both gel packs frozen for 8–12 hours, it keeps the inside cool for 6+ hours. In very hot weather or if opened often, it may be shorter; carry a spare frozen pack for long journeys.
How does the temperature display work?
The display on the lid shows the temperature inside the case in °C, so you can check it any time without opening it. It runs on a small replaceable button cell battery.
How many insulin pens does it hold?
It fits 2–4 standard insulin pens or a few vials, plus needles, swabs and test strips in the mesh pocket, along with the 2 gel packs.
Can I use it for GLP-1 pens or other cold medicines?
Yes, it works for any pen or vial that needs to be kept cool. Always follow the storage temperature on your medicine's label and your doctor's advice.
Will the gel packs freeze my insulin?
Insulin should never be frozen. Keep the pens in their elastic holders so they don't press directly against a frozen pack, and check the display; if it shows very low readings, let the packs soften for a few minutes first.
Can I carry it on a flight?
Yes, it's compact enough for cabin baggage. Carry your prescription, and check your airline's rules for gel packs before you fly.
Does it need charging or electricity?
No. Cooling comes from the frozen gel packs and insulation. Only the display uses a small battery.
Which colour should I pick?
