How To Fit & Care

    • Take out the original insole if your shoe feels snug. • Use it as a template: place it on the SoftStride™ insole and trace or follow the printed trim lines. • Cut a little at a time with sharp scissors, then check the fit. • Place it flat with the heel against the back of the shoe. • Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water; no machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry in the shade.

Will these insoles really make my feet less tired by evening?

SoftStride™ adds a soft memory-foam layer that cushions each step, which many people find makes long days on their feet more comfortable. Results vary from person to person, and it isn't a medical treatment.

Can I cut them to my shoe size?

Yes. Trim along the printed lines with ordinary scissors. Use your old insole as a template, cut a little at a time and test the fit before trimming more.

Do I need to remove the insole that came with my shoes?

If your shoes feel snug, take the original insole out and use SoftStride™ in its place. If your shoes are a little loose, you can try it on top.

Which shoes do they fit?

They suit most closed shoes with a removable insole: sneakers, office shoes, work shoes and walking shoes. Very slim formal shoes, high heels and open sandals may not be suitable.

Will they help with heel pain, flat feet or plantar fasciitis?

SoftStride™ is a comfort cushion with a gentle arch contour. It is not a medical device or custom orthotic. If you have ongoing foot pain or a diagnosed condition, please see a doctor.

Will they slip or bunch up inside my shoe?

Trim them so they sit flat with the heel against the back of the shoe, and remove the original insole if you can. A correct trim keeps them from sliding.

How long do they last?

It depends on how often and how hard you use them. Memory foam gradually softens with daily wear like any cushion, so replace them once they stop springing back.

How do I wash them?

Hand wash gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry fully in the shade. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or use direct heat.

Are they good for sweaty feet and smelly shoes?

The honeycomb pattern lets air move around your foot, and the insoles are washable, so you can freshen them up. Rotating shoes and drying them well also helps.
